The site update service ensures your site is updated with the latest patch as they become available. The patch is installed by a member of the ventrino team and any SQL updates and/or template changes required completed where possible. Note that occasionally application enhancements are included in the patch. The ventrino team will ensure the enhancements are installed correctly but you may wish to review these before releasing them to your customers.
Patch frequency varies but averages one every 6 weeks. Patches are released in stages, as the first stage can be considered an RC1 (Release Candidate) release your site will be updated approximately 2 weeks after that release. This ensures any bugs introduced with the patch are cleared up before your site is updated.

This could be for anything from code alterations, new code or straight forward support to fix an issue with your site. We can help with any PHP, ASP or ASPX code that has been written for you by us or a third party. We will also help with HTML, XHTML and XML where required.
All work is billed on an hourly basis or part thereof. If you need work done use the above payment link and it will cover the first hour at which time we can also give you an estimate of the total number of hours required.
