The new owner of a Ventrino Traffic Exchange License should ensure they actually have the license.  To do this login to your account and select "My Licenses".

How to transfer your license to a new owner

1. Login here (use the same username and password you use for your account).
2. Click the link to "Transfer"
3. The enter the "Ventrino Licensed ID" supplied by your customer (they can find this in their own "My Licenses" section, see attached PDF).
4. Click Check - this gives you visual confirmation you have the right person.
5. Finally click "Go" and the license will be transferred.
