The support ticket system

Use the support ticket system to communicate with your members.  Perhaps the most common complaint from traffic exchange members is the lack of communication between them and the owners.  With so much spam and so much mail entering an Inbox it's not surprising.  We receive all kinds of mail but they don't arrive with recogniseable tags letting us know which we really want to read and which we'd prefer to dump.  Utlising the support ticket system overcomes those issues and makes it simple to separate revenue generating communication from trash.  When you are ready to handle your business enquiries simply login to your BCP and select View Open Tickets.

 

Click View to view and/or edit the ticket and close to close it.  The last activity shows you how long since the message was updated.
