When you first setup your site you will notice a number of accounts in the members list Do not delete these! These accounts are used by the system for various functions, not just demonstrations but several functions - including provising sites, banners and text for your members to view during the early stages of operation. Deleting these accounts may lead to some functions not operating correctly. If you do delete them please post a message in the Exchange Support forum and someone will provide you with a copy of the latest code to recover them.
Send Newsletter sends mail to your members based on selectable criteria. It can send in plain text or HTML. Requires an uninterrupted Internet connection. If you are experiencing problems try the Queued Newsletter method.
Queued Newsletter operates in the same way as the Send Newsletter function except that it uses a queuing method which provides a more reliable send.
Search Members displays members in a grid and provides a simple searching tool that enables you to find them by ID, Name or Email address.
Easy Upgrader is a way to manually upgrade member accounts to pro accounts or to add purchases such as banner, text and traffic packages. This method allows you to utilise any payment method for collection from your members.
Attempted Cheaters is a useful tool unique to the Ventrino Traffic Exchange Script that enables you to protect yourself against the other 10% of cheaters that find a way through the industries toughest protection. Find out who's not entering the 
correct security key, clicking the wrong button, surfing too fast or utilising methods that result in a browser error. It's true that many of these will be legitimate mistakes but anyone causing dozens of these errors are likely to be cheating.
Signup Ban Settings provides a way to block signups with patterns in the email address. For example if you wish to ban all free email accounts from Yahoo and Hotmail. You can also ban country TLD's for example .cn and .es will ban China and Spain respectively. Note that this only bans the use of the email address (part of or by domain).
Cash Handler is for adjusting member account cash balances.
