If they decline they see OTO offer 2.
Lockin the "Pro Plus" account for only $10/month or the "Pro" account for only $5/month.

Then after 60 days we would change these OTO pages to...
Offer 1... Pro Plus, 6 months $67 -- Pro, 6 months $47
Offer 2... Pro Plus, $12/month -- Pro, $7/month
And at that point anyone who signed up and took advantage of an OTO during our "pre-launch" continues to have their offer honored. So if you purchased a lifetime account, you keep the benefits with no new charges and if you locked in a monthly rate of $10 or $5 you continue paying that amount and receiving your benefits.
These are only examples, but that is what we would like to accomplish with our OTO. Is this something you could help with?
