Go BCP/System Configuration/General Settings and you will see two settings for website approvals.

Approve Websites
Set this option to yes turns the approval function on and will send you an email each time a new site is entered.

Approve By URLs
Set this option to yes if you would like to be notified when a member changes their URL.

Once you have switched the approval system on you will receive an email with a link that will take you directly to the URL to be approved in the BCP/Websites Approvals screen.

You do not need to wait for an email and can go directly to BCP/Websites Approvals at any time to approve URLs waiting for approval in the queue.

A better way to approve sites
This is a shameless advert for the automated Approval System which comes with the Professional version of our traffic exchange script or an optional addition tongue.gif

Approving sites can sometimes get a little tedious, it can also be inconvenient - who wants to approve sites when on holiday?

So you can hand it over to your members. Offer them a few extra credits for doing the job for you. Set the number of votes to ensure the quality of the approvals and rejections and then sit back and relax as your members do you job for you.

Just go BCP/System Configuration/Approval Configuration
