Style sheets are located under the templates folder depending on what color template you have selected as your default.
For example if you have chosen Blue (BCP/System Configuration/General Configuration/Color Template) you will find the style sheet named styles.css in wwwroot/templates/standard/blue where wwwroot is the root directory on your web server.
