A small plugin that allows the admin to send a private message to a member.
The message is shown at the top of the tools page, or wherever else you want it to show. Only the member it is meant for sees it. Nobody else sees anything. The message stays visible to the member until you delete it. Useful for sending messages to members who do not respond to emails sent to them.
