Hi all,

I really need your help. Most of my urls at www.traffictote.com are paused at 1 and I am not able to unpause them. The same surf page appears again and again though there are several urls i manually unpause and allocated credits. I am really lost.
What can i do?

Thanks,

Danny

Hi Danny,

You probably have the "Timer" enabled to disable this feature in the manager :

Configuration > Traffic Exchange > Timer Url Configuration
This is probably due to the problem all new exchanges have. No urls are pausing all the rotation rules :

Members have hits (or assigned if allocation is enabled)
Member is active & verified
Member is not banned
Urls are unpaused and are not banned
Surfing member doesnt see their own urls

A good way to overcome this is to create 2-3 members and add a bunch of urls onto their account.

Regards,
Adam

Whats this mean? Mine isnt a new exchange, and I dont have the url timer on.
Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,

Have you checked your members have allocated enough credits across their URLs? This is another common reason, if hit allocation is enabled but the members are unaware that they need to allocate them then no URLs will qualify.

Also make sure that accounts aren't suspended and members have enough credits.

Kind Regards,
Martyn
