Why is a site banned?, I have a site which appears to be banned but I can't see why? Options

SYMPTOMS

I try to add a website and I am told that is banned - I don't think the site I am trying to add breaks any of the rules, in fact it's just an ordinary site! What's going on?

CAUSE

The script uses pattern matching to ban a site, these can be as sophisticated or as simple as the script owner chooses.

For example a sscript owner may wish to ban all Spanish pages which can be done by entering ".es" as the pattern to ban. However this causes a problem for some sites that might have an address such as www.estate-agents.com

SOLUTION

Edit the "Website URL ban list"
