I should say they did create the website for me, that part was completed. It was just that we also paid for the source code and 1 banner which was never completed. We started a claim with paypal. The total was 179.95. We just want either our 29.95 or our source code and banner. Who knows, maybe they did go out of business.

LOL, there has been quite a few so called "web designers" posting there services on this forum, that are far from professional. Besides hearing a few horror stories from other te owners, I also tried having my site designed by someone on here and either they were too busy or never got back to me. I am not sure what kind of business they are running, for those that are too busy obviously if business is that good then they should hire someone to help design imagine what the world would be if every business owner did all the work themself, and for those that don't respond to emails they shouldnt be making posts advertising on here. Your best bet is to go local and pay only after the job is completed the way you want it, if you are lucky enough to have a college or high school around you may find a student to do it real cheap or as a project to add to there resume for free. In any event I doubt paypal will do anything it makes me sick to think of all the times I have been burnt by there incompetence.

She got her refund from PayPal and I still gave her the source code and banners.

I sent them in an email and guess she never recieved them.

I had some family problems and had to deal with that and did not accept any projects.

This has been fully resolved and all is okay. I don't leave people with a half/half order as I always honor my word.

I am getting ready to re-launch my site and start offering designs again.

I would like to see a few sample designs and get an estimate on getting a template created along with a banner. Also will need an ETA for when it can be completed. My site is brand spankin new
