Hi all,

If anyone would like a site design, i would like to jump on the bandwagon here a little.

So if any of you are struggling out there, and would like to perk up your exchanges design a little give me a shout.
I'll do an inside and outside tpl with buttons if necessary for $150 - ill also take backups of your original files, and install the new ones on completion. I can include a graphic to go at the top of your Frontpage if you require it.

Send me a private message on here if interested, and we can discuss your design requirements.

I am interested in getting my site to look great. The name of my site is ExchangExplosion.com. You have a beautiful lotto site set up, however I dont know if this would be the type of site that I want. I want to inspire people to come to the site. Let's see what happens.

Hi Pete,
Thank you so much for responding so quickly on the forum.

I would like to have a dynamic type of front page to encourage new subscribers. I kind of want to give free memberships at first, then later charging for pro memberships.

There should be something to catch their eye when seeing the site for the first time-----I saw on your site and the membership is astounding!!! You have an excellent idea of graphics on your lott-o site that I like very much.

Maybe you can send me an e-mail suggesting different types of templates to choose from before we go ahead with the design.

Ive put up a small site where you can view some of my designs. Also as you will see i do splash pages and banners aswell as inside and outside.tpl. You dont pay until the job is finished to your satisfaction, and importantly there are no limits on the amount of changes i will do for you. I work until you are satisfied.

Also i will provide you lifelong support for my work. If something goes wrong, ! Contact me and i will fix it no questions asked and for FREE. I can usally turn a site around in about 4 days from start until completion dependant on the amount of changes i have to make for you. I keep you constantly updated on progress, and send files for your approval.

I first asked Pete to do the following for Noble Traffic:

I want a full site design
2 splash pages to match
4 banners to match (120x60, 125x125, 468x60, 120x600)

I love his work so much and his prices are low. I then asked him to do the following:

A header for my Web Directory at Nobble Traffic
A header for my rotator
Menu icons in the members tool area

Pete never said no to any of my request for Noble Traffic. He always sent a sample for me to approve. I never had to say no to any of the samples because he is very good.

Everything he did for my site matches each other. So, it looks so good. This is the third time Noble Traffic was made over and this is the last!

I really enjoyed doing your design, it was a pleasure working with you.

I'll be holding my price at $100 for the time being, however work is picking up now. I still aim to have a finished design in place within about 4 days.

Could always have a two price structure one cheap for if no ruse then have a rush service one. I am never in a rush still doing stuff that been on my to do list since December.

2 price structure is a good idea, and one i thought of, i currently use a queue structure for work i undertake, if im going to take longer than 4 days to do work for a customer then i let them know at the discussion stage, i can usally give a realistic time scale and i like to hit my deadlines. Communication is the key, i'll always keep someone informed of progress of a job so they know exactly when to expect the end result.

I used to offer it on script installs as got tired of people who spend few dollars and expect me to drop everything and do there's within minutes.Mean gosh when the ptc script was first released cost hundreds and was up to year wait so if takes few days for few dollars that I being fast.

Been over year since sold a site from anyone besides a friend.

After making 2000 in 2007 doubt I made more then 100-200 in 2008-2009. My hosting income tells it too gone from nice amount to where almost not enough to cover hosting billing/support desk monthly subscription price.

Love not having to deal with dumb people though. Kiddies the worse nothing like having a 14-15 year old being rude to you. I had a rule had to be 18 to buy soon after and was called scammer for enforcing it suspending hosting and canceling domain once found out.

Now you got to be 18 to have paypal account so how members going to be paid if 14-15. I stopped selling the sites soon after.

Due to a temporary change in my 'day job hours' i have more time available for design work. I usally turn a site around within 4 days and now charge $150 for a full site design including installation

HOWEVER

If you are not in a hurry and can wait upto 14 days for your design ill do it for just $85 !!!
Take a look at my portfolio my designs are unique to each exchange and not just the same templates with new graphics.

IM OFFERING ONLY 10 SLOTS FOR THE $85 DESIGN and this includes installation.

Its on a first come first served basis and once my 10 slots are filled the price will return to $150.

Maria,

Your design is very nice. It does stand out. Are you promoting the site? if yes, where, and how often?

Every time you look at a site you have to ask one question.

Why do I want to join this site? What are they offering me that I can't get at site ABC?

If the answer is nothing, then signups will be low.

P.S. We might not want to hijack this thread. I suggest starting a new topic devoted to asking people, what they like and don't like about your exchange. then you can make a laundry list of things to do.
