Hi..

I just finished writing a mod Called OTO ROTATOR. This mod enables you to place all your OTOs and let it rotate.

Let us say Admin 1 has 5 OTO offers but kept on changing them everyday so users can see different OTOs everyday. Now with this mod, you just need to place them all in the admin panel and let it rotate. It doesn't have any limitations, you can put all the OTOs you want.
