We cannot recommend individual programmers (if they're that good then we want them
 ). Free lance programmers can be found at www.elance.com and www.rentacoder.com. When placing a specification up for bids be careful to follow the instructions for each site. Due diligence should play an important part in your selection. Make sure you are dealing direct with the programmer rather than one of the many agents that skim for sales. Contact the programmer directly and ask him to send an example of his code, then take a small section of the code and ask him to tell you what each line does (you'd be surprised how many people pretend to be programmers). |
