Wink is a Tutorial and Presentation creation software, primarily aimed at creating tutorials on how to use software (like a tutor for MS-Word/Excel etc). Using Wink you can capture screenshots, add explanations boxes, buttons, titles etc and generate a highly effective tutorial for your users.

Hi Parker,

I can see this program being popular. Really reduce your support by having FAQ videos smile.gif

Do you use the same one for FAQ videos here smile.gif ? I figured it could help some T.E. owners with their customers as well also.

We use Camtasia. However I stopped creating them with the release of Version 3 due so soon. I will give this one a try, if it's easier I will be using it when I get started again.
