Ventrino Forum for Walker Scripts _ Interesting Stuff _ Remember Passwords?

Posted by: Loet May 25 2007, 01:34 AM

Hello,

Can you remember all the password from all the TE's, PTC, and other sites you are registered?
For me it bewas a real problem before I used Roboform.

I had tried already some other free programs but they all did not do it like I wanted.

I am using Roboform (Pro version) now for more than a year and do not want to miss it anymore.

You can try it for http://www.roboform.com/php/land.php?affid=aloha&frm=frame4 or get the http://www.roboform.com/php/land.php?affid=aloha&frm=frame2.

Some people use that, but my browsers remember all mine for me.

Hi Lorraine,
I use RoboFOrm Pro too, both the desktop version and the RoboForm2Go on a USB disk. I have used the browser also but what happens when the computer crashes Hard and have to use a recovery disk or a Backup Dvd (unless you use an Incremental type Backup Program)? sad.gif . No more passwords in the browser, and for myself I have almost 2000 , thats a lot of recovering with a Major Time Cost. I had to break down and BUu the 2go version and a 1 gig Usb drive, as I use many computers-laptops so it makes it very easy once you have ALL the bugs worked out with Browsers.

Hmm, more advocates of Roboform... nice... smile.gif

I've been using Roboform for quite some time now and have referred it to all my friends who want to have passwords remembered.

One nice feature is the password generator, which will help keep your passwords difficult for anyone to guess.

I've been using the portable version for quite a while, as well as keeping a local version, I sync on about a weekly basis, just in case. This allows me to check on my sites when I'm up at the cottage, and not near my home computer, I can still check all the sites I need to when I'm away, which isn't quite possible when using the browser to save the passwords...

Unless you're using Firefox Portable, or some other similar portable browser of course... smile.gif

I trust Roboform, IMHO, the best investment I've ever made...

I use and love my Roboform! I like the one click and you are at the site and being logged in. My RF is like my favorites, since most of the sites I visit, I need a password. Worth the money indeed!! intheclub.gif

Hi Everyone

I couldn't go without roboform I love it.. and can't say anything bad about it at all.. with my memory I'd loose my head if it wasn't attached..lol.. Robo form is a life saver for this old gal.. !!

I think the thing I like best about this program is you buy it once and it contantly upgrades without any more fees attached. Wish there were more programs like that.

I give a thumbs up for sure.. !

Have a great day and lots of success everyone..
