I found this site a few months ago, and let me tell you, it's gotta be one of the greatest things out there.
I used to have a ton of junk lying around my house that I just couldn't bring myself to throw away, it was still good/usable items, but I just had no use for it anymore.
I signed up to Freecycle and within weeks, my junk became someone else's treasure.
It's basically an online swap site, you sign up for groups in your local area, and you can offer things you don't need anymore for free, and others do the same. So not only can you unload some of your unusable items, you can find things you might be looking for ALL FREE !

It's not just in the US either, there are freecycle groups all over the world !!

So, it's basically like a massive online garage sale!
I love other people's junk. My hubby doesn't let me leave the house with money on Saturday monrings, because I always get suckered into going to the garage sales!
For some reason it might be a good idea for me to stay away from that site... LOL!
lol! Yeah, free is great... but i need to have the space to put it!
hmm.. i guess I could get rid of some stuff....
Stop encouraging me Tony.. my husband would have a fit if he knew u were encouraging me to get more stuff!
Hi,
This reminds me of the guy who managed to trade a house for a red paperclip. A great story if you got 5 minutes of time to waste!

Wow! That was a really interesting idea
And here I was thinking that I was a good negotiator!!! From a paperclip to a house in 14 trades!
